This Acceptable Job Posting Policy (“Policy”) governs the types of job listings permitted on TopCloserR (the “Platform”).
This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use.
1. Legitimate Opportunities Only
All job postings must represent legitimate employment opportunities.
Employers must clearly and accurately disclose:
- Job responsibilities
- Compensation structure
- Employment type (W-2, 1099, contract, commission, salary, etc.)
- Expected work arrangement (remote, in-person, hybrid)
All information must be truthful, complete, and not misleading.
2. Prohibited Job Listings
TopCloserR strictly prohibits job postings that:
- Promote illegal activity
- Misrepresent compensation or job responsibilities
- Require upfront payments, fees, or purchases from candidates
- Are deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent
- Are unrelated to legitimate employment
Examples of prohibited listings include:
- Pyramid schemes
- Pay-to-work opportunities
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) recruitment roles
- Scam sales programs
- “Training” programs disguised as jobs
- Roles requiring unpaid labor or trial work
3. Commission-Based Roles
Commission-based roles are permitted and encouraged on TopCloserR, provided full transparency is maintained.
Employers must clearly disclose:
- Commission structure (percentage, flat rate, etc.)
- Payment terms and timing
- Whether leads are provided or self-generated
- Expected earnings (if stated, must not be misleading)
- Employment classification (independent contractor vs employee)
Misleading income claims or unrealistic earnings representations are prohibited.
4. Employer Conduct & Outreach
Employers must:
- Communicate professionally and honestly with candidates
- Avoid spam, mass unsolicited outreach, or deceptive recruiting tactics
- Respect candidate privacy and data usage rules
Employers may not use automated tools or messaging systems to send misleading or abusive communications.
5. Platform & Brand Misuse
Employers may not:
- Imply endorsement or partnership with TopCloserR without authorization
- Use TopCloserR branding in a misleading way
- Misrepresent their affiliation with the Platform
6. Job Removal & Enforcement
TopCloserR reserves the right to:
- Remove any job listing at its sole discretion
- Suspend or restrict employer accounts
- Permanently ban users who violate this Policy
Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice.
7. Employer Accountability
Employers are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment laws
- The accuracy of job listings
- All interactions with candidates
TopCloserR does not verify all job postings and does not guarantee the legitimacy of employers.
