- All postings comply with applicable labor and employment laws
TopCloserR reserves the right to remove any job listing at its discretion.
7. Vendor & Marketplace Responsibilities
Vendors and service providers agree that:

- They are solely responsible for delivering services and fulfilling obligations
- They comply with all applicable business, licensing, and consumer protection laws
TopCloserR does not guarantee:
- Vendor performance
- Service quality
- Event outcomes
All transactions and outcomes are the responsibility of the vendor and the purchaser.
8. Payments, Transactions, and Fees

- Businesses may control who is permitted to contact them through the Platform, including restricting communication from certain user types

Nothing in this section restricts employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, or authorized business users from contacting candidates or professionals regarding:
- Job applications
- Recruiting opportunities
- Interview coordination
- Employment discussions
- Candidate screening
- Business opportunities
- Platform-related interactions initiated through legitimate use of the Platform
By applying to jobs, submitting applications, creating profiles, registering for events, participating in Platform activities, or engaging with businesses through the Platform, users acknowledge and agree that they may receive communications related to:
- Employment opportunities
- Recruiting activity
- Interview requests
- Business inquiries
- Platform engagement
- Relevant services, events, announcements, or opportunities associated with their activity or interests on the Platform
However, all communications must remain professional, lawful, relevant, and compliant with these Terms.
TopCloserR may implement communication limits, verification requirements, spam prevention measures, outreach restrictions, or messaging controls at its sole discretion.
TopCloserR reserves the right to:
- Remove messages or conversations
- Restrict communication privileges
- Limit outreach activity
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive, misleading, excessive, fraudulent, harmful, or spam-related communication behavior
Messages and inquiries submitted through the Platform may be routed, stored, processed, reviewed, and managed through TopCloserR systems for operational, security, moderation, analytics, and support purposes.
TopCloserR does not guarantee:

TopCloserR is not responsible for third-party content, services, or actions.
12. Acceptable Use

- Interfere with platform functionality
- Harass or harm other users
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
13. User Content & License

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Closer Revenue LLC shall not be liable for:
- Hiring decisions
- Vendor performance or service delivery
- Event issues or cancellations
- Third-party actions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopCloserR from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Content you submit
- Violations of these Terms
18. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and terminate access at our discretion for violations or harmful behavior.
